Contract Date: 2011
The Maritaş Süleymaniye Residential Complex Project consists of a total of 608 apartments in 6 blocks, each 25 stories high.
The project also includes a 36,850 m2 underground parking area, a primary school, social facilities, a health center, and a nursery.
The project will be built on a 36,850 m2 plot of land and will have a total construction area of 192,000 m2. The Maritas Süleymaniye Residential Complex Project was designed by Ahmet Erkurtoğlu.
