Project Scope: Construction of a new 200-bed sanatorium building, conversion of the existing unfinished 20-bed building into a 50-bed hotel, medical equipment and supplies, transformer, heating plant, water tanks, thermal and water facilities, swimming pools, sports fields, amphitheater, landscaping and environmental düzenleme.
Tender Type: Turnkey completion of construction, commissioning of buildings and a 1-year period.
Warranty period includes maintenance.
